We have had BA Appliance Repair on several occasions to fix various appliances in our home, so my wife and I are very familiar with them. First, their techs are top notch, professional, and all around good guys. They are dedicated and thorough. Matt has been nothing but superb in his ability to diagnose and fix the issue with the appliance. Whether it was a refrigerator, a dishwasher, cooktop, or something else, he has been nothing less than awesome, every single time. We've had them for all of these. Second, their communication and support is equally excellent. The scheduler calls within a day and sets the time, and we know before the tech comes that he is on his way. Very friendly technicians, very clean and courteous, quick to diagnose and resolve the issue. I didn’t realize they also included a warranty on parts and labor, which is very nice. They also made sure to keep the price at what they estimated me, which was really appreciated that they went over the receipt to review everything. If I have another appliance issue I will definitely call again.
