If you haven’t already provided it, please send us the model number of your appliance and a brief description of the symptom (e.g., not heating, leaking, etc.). This information helps our technicians arrive prepared with the right parts, potentially saving you time!
You can reply to the automated text message with a photo of the model number or a description of the issue, or call us at 513-233-8209. Please note that our phone line does not accept text messages.
Where to Find Your Model Number:
- Refrigerator: Most commonly found in the fresh food (refrigerator) section on an interior wall.
- Dryer: Typically located near the hinge section when you open the door.
- Washer:
- Front Load: Found near the hinge when the door is open.
- Top Load: Usually on one of the corners when the lid is open. Less commonly, it may be behind the control panel.
- Stove or Range: Normally found where the bottom storage/warming drawer beneath the oven meets the cabinet.
- Wall Oven: Typically near the hinges of one of the oven doors.
- Drop-in Cooktop: Found underneath on the metal plating.
- Dishwasher: Located on the side of the door, the side of the door frame, or near the latch mechanism on the door frame.
Appointment Details

On the day of your service, our technician will reach out at least 30 minutes before arriving to the phone number you provided. No need to wait around all day—go about your routine, and we’ll let you know when we’re on our way!
Our Warranty Promise
At BA Appliance Repair, we stand behind our work. We offer a 90-day in-house warranty on all repairs and parts we install. Additionally, we pass along the manufacturer’s warranty on parts, which can extend up to a year for brands like Whirlpool. If any issues arise, just give us a call, and we’ll make it right!
Preparing for Our Visit
To ensure a smooth repair process, please let us know about the accessibility of your appliance. For example, if your washer or dryer is stacked or in a tight space, contact us in advance. In some cases, we may need to bring an extra technician, which could result in additional labor costs. You can reach us at 513-233-8209 to discuss any special accommodations.
We absolutely adore our furry friends, but they can sometimes be a bit too eager to “assist” our technicians. For everyone’s safety and comfort, please keep dogs and other pets in a separate area during our visit. We promise to give them extra love from afar!
Please ensure that someone over the age of 18 is present at the property during our visit to authorize the repair and provide access to the appliance.
