We were assigned BA Appliance through our home warranty. They were quick to schedule an appointment. Matt came out and diagnosed the issue with our washer within minutes, ordered a new part and returned within the same day to fix the issue. Great service!

My service technicians were extremely knowledgeable, professional & treated me with the upmost respect. They gave me a heads up on what time they would arrive which helped me plan my day. I would highly recommend them to anyone for service!

I called and spoke to David and he was so helpful and honest! I had an older dryer I wanted to get repaired and he advised me to get a new one. He explained that once you replace an old part with a new part other parts might go bad and that the average repair cost is close to purchasing a new one at my lower price point! It's refreshing to see this type of honesty in today's world. Well done!

Tech was very knowledgeable and informative. He made sure we were educated on the dish washer and proper use. The parts had to be ordered and he was very prompt about calling when he received them.

Wonderful service! My dryer decided to make a funny noise so I called in for repair. They made the appointment with me and on the day of called 1/2 hour before they arrived (right on time) . The repairman was polite, friendly and very knowledgeable! He quickly started the repair, found the issue and fixed it. He also made sure to leave everything just as he found it, no mess or anything left behind. If you need appliance repair - I wholeheartedly suggest you call and make an appointment with them. The guys arrived on time, wore shoe covers, took the dryer completely apart, found the issue and replaced the part, cleaned out all lint, lubricated all moving parts. They showed me the issue before they did the work, and showed me again when they were done. They were here one hour, and cleaned up the area. They were both very personable and knowledgeable, clear and concise explanation of what they did. They are both great representatives of your company. We highly recommend and will use BA Appliance Repair in the future.

We had BA Appliance out to look at a freezer/fridge issue. The tech went above trying to figure out what was happening. He even helped with a leaking water inlet. He was unable to fix as it ended up being a Freon issue, but he was courteous and spent the time researching the problem

We had an issue with our refrigerator or not cooling well. Elliot and Terry came out and discovered it was the gasket which the bottom portion was missing and also we didn't have it on the right settings. Elliott was super knowledgeable and both he and Terry were very nice! We are very happy with the outcome and they will be back on Monday to install our refrigerator gasket.

Very good service, fixed the dryer in one day. They went out, got the parts, back within two hours for same day repair. Very pleased and like new. No up-selling, showed me the two parts that were broken and BAM, fixed quickly.
