Appliance Repair FAQs
A standard service call is $125. Wall oven and laundry center visits are $145. That fee covers the diagnostic and is itemized with labor on your invoice. We do not advertise a free service call.
We warranty our labor for 90 days and the parts we install for 90 days.
Typically no — we schedule morning (AM) and afternoon (PM) arrival windows. You'll get a call or text about 30 minutes before we arrive. Roughly 80% of repairs are completed on the first visit; if a part needs to be ordered, the return visit is free.
Yes — we are factory authorized for Samsung, GE, and Speed Queen.
We repair GE, Samsung, Whirlpool, Electrolux, Jenn-Air, Maytag, Haier, Kenmore, Amana, Frigidaire, KitchenAid, Speed Queen, Magic Chef, and Hotpoint. We do not service LG or Sub-Zero.

No. We specialize in appliance repair only and do not deliver, install, or haul away appliances.
