Very good service, fixed the dryer in one day. They went out, got the parts, back within two hours for same day repair. Very pleased and like new. No up-selling, showed me the two parts that were broken and BAM, fixed quickly.

Mr M was out to repair my Samsung washer and did an excellent job. He was knowledgeable, professional and kind. I would 100 % recommend him !!

We have had BA Appliance Repair on several occasions to fix various appliances in our home, so my wife and I are very familiar with them. First, their techs are top notch, professional, and all around good guys. They are dedicated and thorough. Matt has been nothing but superb in his ability to diagnose and fix the issue with the appliance. Whether it was a refrigerator, a dishwasher, cooktop, or something else, he has been nothing less than awesome, every single time. We've had them for all of these. They also made sure to keep the price at what they estimated me, which was really appreciated that they went over the receipt to review everything. Everything with BA was fantastic from start to finish! I originally called in for what I thought would be a simple washer part replacement. He left the area prepped for the easy install of a new dishwasher later. This is the second time I have used Elliott/BA Appliance repair and would highly recommend.
