He took the time to explain general oven mechanics as well as the specific issue with our oven not heating, yet managed to be in and out within 1 hour! I called and spoke to David and he was so helpful and honest! I had an older dryer I wanted to get repaired and he advised me to get a new one. He explained that once you replace an old part with a new part other parts might go bad and that the average repair cost is close to purchasing a new one at my lower price point! $125 on a standard appliance. A wall oven or laundry center is $145 because it has to come out of the wall. That fee is for the diagnostic, and the repair itself is priced separately before we begin.
