We had BA Appliance out to look at a freezer/fridge issue. The tech went above trying to figure out what was happening. He even helped with a leaking water inlet. He was unable to fix as it ended up being a Freon issue, but he was courteous and spent the time researching the problem

Elliot and Terry came out and discovered it was the gasket which the bottom portion was missing and also we didn't have it on the right settings.
