The guys arrived on time, wore shoe covers, took the dryer completely apart, found the issue and replaced the part, cleaned out all lint, lubricated all moving parts. They showed me the issue before they did the work, and showed me again when they were done. They were here one hour, and cleaned up the area. We had BA Appliance out to look at a freezer/fridge issue. The tech went above trying to figure out what was happening. He even helped with a leaking water inlet. He was unable to fix as it ended up being a Freon issue, but he was courteous and spent the time researching the problem
We had an issue with our refrigerator or not cooling well. Elliot and Terry came out and discovered it was the gasket which the bottom portion was missing and also we didn't have it on the right settings.
