We repair the appliance, not the gas line, and most gas problems turn out to be one small part inside the machine.
Gas dryer runs but stays cold
In a gas dryer the heat comes from a burner controlled by gas coils. When the coils weaken, the drum turns and nothing gets warm.
Gas oven won't come up to temperature
The bake igniter is the cause about eight times in ten. It has to get hot enough to open the gas valve, and a tired one may glow without ever doing that.
Gas oven with no ignition
If the igniter checks out, the regulator is next on our list. After that we look at the control board.
Gas burner keeps clicking
A surface igniter that sparks without lighting, or doesn't spark, is usually a failed igniter or a bad wire harness beneath the cooktop.

A dryer that gets hot but leaves clothes damp probably has a vent problem. One that tumbles cold has a dryer problem, and that part is ours to fix.
