If the freezer is holding temperature, cold air isn't reaching the refrigerator. The evaporator fan motor or a temperature sensor is almost always responsible.

Too much cold air is the opposite problem with similar suspects: the fan, a sensor or the control board. Older refrigerators use a cold control, and that can fail too.
