We have had BA Appliance Repair on several occasions to fix various appliances in our home, so my wife and I are very familiar with them. First, their techs are top notch, professional, and all around good guys. They are dedicated and thorough. Matt has been nothing but superb in his ability to diagnose and fix the issue with the appliance. Whether it was a refrigerator, a dishwasher, cooktop, or something else, he has been nothing less than awesome, every single time. We've had them for all of these. He left the area prepped for the easy install of a new dishwasher later. This is the second time I have used Elliott/BA Appliance repair and would highly recommend.
