Frequently Asked Questions.

Straight answers for Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky homeowners dealing with appliance breakdowns, brand troubleshooting, and repair-vs-replace decisions.

Why Is My Refrigerator Running but Not Cooling?+

Usually a dirty condenser coil, a failing compressor, or a sealed-system issue. Our techs diagnose the actual cause on-site rather than guessing, then quote the fix before starting.

How Much Does Refrigerator Repair Cost?+

Cost depends on the appliance and the issue. We give a clear, written quote before we touch anything. No surprise fees.

Is It Worth Repairing My Appliance, or Should I Replace It?+

It depends on the appliance's age and the cost of the repair versus a new unit. We'll give you an honest recommendation, and we won't push a replacement you don't need.

Why Does My Dishwasher Leave Dishes Wet or Dirty?+

Often a clogged spray arm, a worn heating element, or a faulty water inlet valve. We diagnose it on-site and fix it the same visit when possible.

Will I Know the Price Before Work Starts?+

Yes. You always get a clear quote before we begin any work.

What Brands Do You Repair?+

We service GE, Samsung, LG, Whirlpool, Maytag, KitchenAid, Frigidaire, Kenmore, Amana, Electrolux, Jenn-Air, Haier, Hotpoint, Magic Chef, and Speed Queen. For LG, we repair everything except refrigerators.

Do You Service Sub-Zero Refrigerators?+

We don't currently service Sub-Zero refrigerators. See the brands we do service on our Brands page.

Why Is My Dryer Taking Longer to Dry Clothes?+

Often a heating element or thermostat issue with the dryer unit itself. Note: we repair dryers but don't offer dryer vent cleaning. If the issue turns out to be vent airflow, we'll let you know so you can get that handled separately.

What Areas Do You Serve?+

Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky, including the east side and Anderson. See our Service Areas page for the full list.

Do You Offer a Warranty on Repairs?+

Yes. Every repair comes with a 90-day labor guarantee and a 90-day parts warranty.
