I had 2 guys come fix my dryer today! They were super courteous and went out of their way to go get a part and come back and fix it quickly!!!

Very nice. He was on time. He explain everything he did.

This company was dispatched by my home warranty for my oven in my new house and they did a fantastic job! Great communication and the issue was fixed in less than 20 min! Will keep them in mind for the future if I will ever need them

Very good service, fixed the dryer in one day. They went out, got the parts, back within two hours for same day repair. Very pleased and like new. No up-selling, showed me the two parts that were broken and BAM, fixed quickly.

We have had BA Appliance Repair on several occasions to fix various appliances in our home, so my wife and I are very familiar with them. First, their techs are top notch, professional, and all around good guys. They are dedicated and thorough. Matt has been nothing but superb in his ability to diagnose and fix the issue with the appliance. Whether it was a refrigerator, a dishwasher, cooktop, or something else, he has been nothing less than awesome, every single time. We've had them for all of these. Second, their communication and support is equally excellent. The scheduler calls within a day and sets the time, and we know before the tech comes that he is on his way. Very friendly technicians, very clean and courteous, quick to diagnose and resolve the issue. I didn’t realize they also included a warranty on parts and labor, which is very nice. They also made sure to keep the price at what they estimated me, which was really appreciated that they went over the receipt to review everything.
