Nearly every caller asks the same two things, so here are the answers in plain numbers.
What does it cost?
The service call is $125. That pays for the technician to come out and diagnose the appliance. A built-in wall oven is $145, because it has to come out of the wall first.
Why isn't the service call waived?
We list the diagnostic and the labor as separate lines so you can see both. Some companies fold the visit into the labor price and call it waived. The total comes out about the same, and we'd rather show you the math.
What's the warranty?
Ninety days on the service and ninety days on the materials. It applies to every repair we make.
Why don't you quote the repair by phone?
The service call is the one price that never changes. The repair depends on the brand, the model and what actually failed, so you get that number on site, before any work starts.

He took the time to explain general oven mechanics as well as the specific issue with our oven not heating, yet managed to be in and out within 1 hour! I called and spoke to David and he was so helpful and honest! I had an older dryer I wanted to get repaired and he advised me to get a new one.
