Excellent customer service and great communication throughout the entire process of my warranty claim. Matt was personable, professional, and very thorough at his job. If ever I need other repairs for my appliances, this company is at the top of my call list.

I recently reached out to BA Appliance Repair Services when my refrigerator stopped cooling properly. I wasn’t sure what the issue was, but they responded to my service request in less than 24 hours and quickly got me scheduled for an appointment. Elliot was the technician who came out, and I can’t say enough good things about the experience. He was friendly, professional, and clearly very knowledgeable. He diagnosed the issue, ordered the necessary part, and came back to complete the repair. What I really appreciated was how thoroughly he explained what went wrong and what I should keep an eye on moving forward. The communication throughout the process was excellent, and I appreciated how efficient and tech-savvy the company was. Overall, it was a smooth and stress-free experience. We have had BA Appliance Repair on several occasions to fix various appliances in our home, so my wife and I are very familiar with them. First, their techs are top notch, professional, and all around good guys. They are dedicated and thorough. Matt has been nothing but superb in his ability to diagnose and fix the issue with the appliance. Whether it was a refrigerator, a dishwasher, cooktop, or something else, he has been nothing less than awesome, every single time. We've had them for all of these. Second, their communication and support is equally excellent. The scheduler calls within a day and sets the time, and we know before the tech comes that he is on his way. Can't ask for better than that. If you're looking for a solid, professional company to take care of your needs, look no further. They're friendly, considerate, and very knowledgeable. I can't recommend them highly enough!

Very friendly technicians, very clean and courteous, quick to diagnose and resolve the issue. I didn’t realize they also included a warranty on parts and labor, which is very nice. They also made sure to keep the price at what they estimated me, which was really appreciated that they went over the receipt to review everything. If I have another appliance issue I will definitely call again.

Bill was my Appliance Serviceman, he was on time and introduced himself before entering my home. Fixed the issue in a very timely manner. He was very happy and friendly and had great communication skills. I was never so happy to do laundry again. He has been out twice fixing a washing machine and then a refrigerator for me. Everything with BA was fantastic from start to finish! I originally called in for what I thought would be a simple washer part replacement. Kim was very communicative and flexible in getting me on the schedule at a time where I could be home, and John was extremely patient in fixing the washer. It turned out to be more of an intensive repair than I originally assumed, but John was determined to get it fixed, and he did! Everyone on the team was great to interact with, and I’m grateful that John was able to get it done quickly and efficiently. I will be using BA for all my future appliance repair needs!

Elliott was wonderful. He was very helpful in explaining what was wrong and options. He took the time to provide recommendations of brands of dishwashers and pros and cons. He left the area prepped for the easy install of a new dishwasher later. This is the second time I have used Elliott/BA Appliance repair and would highly recommend.
