Matt did an amazing job! He was on time and super informative. The repair was done right away, fixing it in under an hour. He even checked to make sure there was no gas leaking. Very good work! I’d definitely recommend this company and use them again if I ever need anything.

We have been using BA Appliance Repair Service for our household repairs for some time, and I am entirely satisfied with their work. The staff is consistently professional, polite, and reliable, making them a company I trust and highly recommend.Three days ago, one of their technicians, Elliott, came to our house to fix a laundry washing machine and provided an excellent service. He quickly identified and fixed the issue with our washer, and the machine is now working perfectly. He was knowledgeable, polite, and clearly experienced. I especially appreciated that he took the time to explain the problem and show me several useful features of the washer I hadn’t known about. Excellent service all around.

Fixed my ice maker in one visit. We use BA Appliance for 16 residential properties and Bill is always easy to work with. Great communication, comes prepared, and knowledgeable. We use BA Appliance via home warranties but we would still choose them without a warranty.

Unfortunately we've had the bad luck of a dishwasher and fridge having issues within 6 months of each other. Highly recommend BA Appliance Repair. Technician arrived promptly and was very professional and friendly. Fixed a broken wire in the Whirlpool washing machine. A couple weeks later, the washer had the same problem. They promptly came back. A different wire had broken, they fixed that one and did not charge us for the second repair. They were more than fair and we will definitely use their services in the future.

John Phillips did a great job diagnosing my gas cooktop issue, ordered a part and replaced a few days later. He worked with my schedule and I am now all set with a new wiring harness and all 5 burners working independently. Wore shoe covers, took care not to track in snow - 100% professional! Highly recommend.

We recently found ourselves in need of a repair service for our refrigerator after experiencing a power surge. Having never needed an appliance repair company before, I searched online and found BA Appliance to be both local and had great reviews. I could not have been more happy that we reached out to BA Appliance Repair Service. Our technician, Bill, arrived right on time and listened attentively as we explained the recent power surge and the issues which we were encountering with our refrigerator. Bill walked us through all of our options and there was no pressure or sales tactics involved. I would highly recommend and will be calling them again in the future I we have appliance repair needs.

The most caring appliance repair place I’ve found yet! I had John out to fix my oven and he went above and beyond to get my range working again. Lots of places would have gave up on my range but not John. He went the extra mile showing that he truly cares about his customers. The part was limited and hard to find but he was persistent and he got me backing cooking again on my limited edition range. The whole process went pretty fast even with it being a hard to find part. I will never call any other appliance repair company and I highly recommend John!
