The most caring appliance repair place I’ve found yet! I had John out to fix my oven and he went above and beyond to get my range working again. Lots of places would have gave up on my range but not John. He went the extra mile showing that he truly cares about his customers. The part was limited and hard to find but he was persistent and he got me backing cooking again on my limited edition range. The whole process went pretty fast even with it being a hard to find part. I will never call any other appliance repair company and I highly recommend John!

He was so great and worked quickly. He knew exactly what to do and explained everything in a way for me to still understand. My mom couldn't believe he finished as fast as he did. John was AMAZING! He went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure that our 25 year-old dryer was back up and running. What he found in our dryer was scary! BA has serviced some of our appliances in the past and I’ve always done a great job!

My dryer decided to go on the fritz. I contacted my home warranty program and they had BA take of my dryer. Bill was my service tech and did a great job. Showed up on time and was in and out fast and my dryer works like new again!

We were connected to BA through our home warranty. Matt was the technician and he was great to work with (explained the diagnosis and solution thoroughly). BA was easy to schedule with, we will be using them again.

Repairs to our washer were done quickly and at a reasonable cost. I scheduled the 8-noon window, but John called early to let me know to expect him about 11, so I didn’t have to spend my morning waiting. He also discussed the issue we were having to make sure he had the necessary parts with him. He was very consultative about the necessary repairs. We will happily use BA again.

I couldn’t be happier with the service I received from Bill! My refrigerator stopped cooling unexpectedly, and I was worried I’d lose all my groceries.
