John was absolutely terrific. He replaced a a board and a heater. It was a tough problem but he had patience and wanted to make sure we were taken care of today. He drove to the other side of town to get the parts and came back the same day. Definitely went above and beyond. You are lucky to have him on staff.

BA Appliance did a great job repairing our refrigerator. When I called, the woman I spoke to gave me repair time options to fit my schedule. On day of repair, I was given a 30 minute call to let me know that they were on the way to my house. Bill came and diagnosed the problem quickly. He gave us an itemized cost of parts, labor, & service fee before beginning the repairs. He moved the refrigerator carefully over our tile floor, worked quickly, and even took a few minutes to show me how to access & clean the coils. He was pleasant, easy to deal with, and cleaned the work area before leaving. When I need future appliance repairs, I would use BA Appliance Repairs and would even request Bill, if possible.

We have been using BA Appliance Repair Service for our household repairs for some time, and I am entirely satisfied with their work. The staff is consistently professional, polite, and reliable, making them a company I trust and highly recommend. Three days ago, one of their technicians, Elliott, came to our house to fix a laundry washing machine and provided an excellent service. He quickly identified and fixed the issue with our washer, and the machine is now working perfectly. He was knowledgeable, polite, and clearly experienced. I especially appreciated that he took the time to explain the problem and show me several useful features of the washer I hadn’t known about. Excellent service all around.

Highly recommend BA Appliance Repair. Technician arrived promptly and was very professional and friendly. Fixed a broken wire in the Whirlpool washing machine. A couple weeks later, the washer had the same problem. They promptly came back. A different wire had broken, they fixed that one and did not charge us for the second repair. They were more than fair and we will definitely use their services in the future.

John Phillips did a great job diagnosing my gas cooktop issue, ordered a part and replaced a few days later. He worked with my schedule and I am now all set with a new wiring harness and all 5 burners working independently. Wore shoe covers, took care not to track in snow - 100% professional! We recently found ourselves in need of a repair service for our refrigerator after experiencing a power surge. Our technician, Bill, arrived right on time and listened attentively as we explained the recent power surge and the issues which we were encountering with our refrigerator.
